Kim Walcik

Kim has lived in Fayette County for 30 years and brings with her a wealth of experience serving others. Before stepping into real estate, she spent 26 years with Fayette County EMS as a Paramedic Captain, where she managed crews, units, and critical operations, all while thriving in what she calls “organized chaos.” She is also a volunteer firefighter with Fayetteville and has a heart for helping people in all kinds of situations.

Now retired from EMS, Kim is excited to take on a new adventure in real estate. She has been an agent for about six weeks and is eager to learn, grow, and connect with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Kim and her husband Randy enjoy a lively family life with three Frenchies, five kids, and seven grandkids. They love drag racing, traveling in their motorhome, and tending to their collection of plants.
