Chip Bubela

Chip Bubela is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, and real estate expert who has made significant contributions to various causes and organizations. He has served the City of Schulenburg as a City Council member for two terms, is the President and Chairman of the board for Senior Connections, a non-profit organization that supports seniors in the community, President of Keep Schulenburg Beautiful, and President of the Shorthorns Forever Association. He is also a respected figure in the real estate industry, having served as a Director, Secretary, and Vice President for the REALTORS Land Institute Texas Chapter and currently serving as President.

Chip is a serial entrepreneur who has invested in various ventures, from fitness clubs to dance halls, showing his innovation and business acumen. As the Broker/Owner of Bubela Real Estate, a leading real estate agency with multiple offices in Texas, he specializes in land and investment properties in Central Texas and is an Accredited Land Consultant. He also shares his real estate knowledge and insights with the community through a monthly radio program on KVLG 104.9 FM in La Grange.

Chip is an avid reader and a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring various topics, from personal improvement to finance, business, and more. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a major in Business Finance and uses his expertise to mentor his team of licensed real estate agents and oversee all listings and transactions at Bubela Real Estate.

Chip lives in beautiful Southern Fayette County, TX, with his wife Kim, their three daughters, and their five pets. He calls Schulenburg, his hometown, “The Gateway to the Rolling Hills” and is committed to building his legacy and improving the community around him.
